Emaar Beachfront is a private island community between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, with its own sandy beach reserved for residents. The promenade is lined with cafes and restaurants, and Dubai Harbour, Dubai Marina Walk and JBR are right next door. Sunsets over the Gulf, with the Palm and Ain Dubai on the horizon, are the highlight of every evening.

Emaar Beachfront sits at the entrance of Dubai Harbour, just off Sheikh Zayed Road. Taxis and ride hailing apps such as Careem and Uber arrive within minutes. Dubai Marina and JBR are about 5 to 10 minutes by car, Palm Jumeirah about 10 minutes, Downtown Dubai about 25 minutes and Dubai International Airport about 35 minutes. The Dubai Marina tram and metro stations are a short taxi ride away.
