This policy explains how Medini Homes collects, uses and protects your personal data when you interact with this website or with our team.

Data we collect

We only collect the information you provide voluntarily, through the site's forms (estimate, contact) or through direct exchange (email, WhatsApp). Namely :

• first and last name
• email
• WhatsApp / phone number (optional)
• the address of your property in Dubai (area, tower, floor, view) — strictly necessary for the projection
• property type, status (owned, being acquired, already rented)
• an optional free-text message

No sensitive data is collected by the site. No third-party advertising cookies are placed. The cookies used are strictly technical (sessions, language).

Purposes of processing

• send you a personalised 12-month projection and a management recommendation
• answer your questions by email or WhatsApp
• keep an internal commercial record (lead tracking, follow-ups)
• meet our legal obligations (if a management agreement is signed)

Retention period

Data from contacts that do not lead to a management agreement is kept for 24 months maximum from your last exchange, then deleted. Data of owners under management is kept for the full duration of the agreement, plus 10 years for accounting and tax purposes — in accordance with UAE regulations and applicable tax treaties.

Sharing and processors

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the processors strictly necessary :

• Netlify (website hosting and form handling)
• Hostaway (operational PMS — for owners under management only)
• Zoho Books (accounting — for owners under management only)
• UAE authorities (DET, DTCM) — only the legally required information

Your rights

At any time you may :

• request access to your data
• request its rectification
• request its erasure (except where legal obligations require otherwise)
• object to its processing

A simple request by email to admin@medini-homes.com is enough. Reply within 30 days, in practice often within 48 h.

Security

Data is stored on protected infrastructure (HTTPS throughout, restricted access, encrypted backups). No system is invulnerable : in the event of an incident, you would be notified without delay, in line with best practices.

Changes

This policy may change to keep up with regulations. The update date is shown at the top of the page. For major changes, owners under management are notified by email.
