Hillal Medini has been managing short-term rental apartments in Dubai since 2021, mainly across JVC, MBR City and Meydan, Downtown and Business Bay. He runs dynamic pricing, multi-channel distribution (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo), guest operations and monthly owner reporting.
On this blog he publishes analyses based on observed portfolio data: actual gross revenue, occupancy rates, ADR and channel mix. No sales projections, only recorded figures. His reference work is the Dubai STR Report 2026.
