Check-in / check-out:
The standard check-in and check-out times will be shared with you after booking. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.

Cleaning:
The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request (additional charge).

Towels & linens:
Fresh bed linens, bath towels and hand towels are provided for all guests.

Occupancy:
The studio is ideal for 1-2 guests (solo travellers, couples or business travellers).

Noise & parties:
This is a residential building. Parties, loud music and events are strictly not allowed.

ID registration:
As per Dubai regulations, all guests must provide a copy of their passport or Emirates ID before check-in for building and tourism registration.
